Getting Started
Getting started is a very easy process. Start by filling out the contact form on our “Get Started” page. Give us a detailed description of what problem you’re facing and what machine/part needs servicing. Then one of our experts will reach out to you to go over the details of the project. Then we will schedule an in-person or over-the-phone meeting with you and your team to discuss how we can best service you. Then we will work to develop the part you need either by scanning or working with any blueprint/dimensions provided. Once we have a quality part, we will send it to you for installation. It’s that simple!
In the event that parts are repeatedly needed, just let us know and we will inventory your part design for future orders. Additionally, if a number of parts are needed, talk to us about our local support hubs!
